Terms & Conditions

• Email me at [email protected]. I will reply your emails within 24 hour.
• For instocks: Please kindly make your payment after you received the invoice within 3 days.
• For preorders: Please kindly make you payment after you received the invoice within 1 week.
  
• Inform me if you are not able to make your payment within the given time.
• Orders will only proceed when payment is received.
• If payment is not made before the last day of batch order. It will be postpone to the next batch order.
• Please cancel your order before payment. Any cancellation after payment will not attended.
• Do not be afraid that you will be blacklisted for cancelling your orders. I do not blacklist. But please do be considerate.
  
• Do inform me 2-3 hours beforehand if you are unable to make it for the meetup.
  
• Please inform me within 3 days if you find any faults with the instocks. I will attend to any reasonable faults.
• Orders will only be mailed out when all the items you ordered have reached my house. It will save on your postage fees.
  

Payment

• Cash on collection is only available for instocks.
• Please take/scan a clear picture of the transaction receipt for verification.
• Kindly check if the ATM machine prints receipt before transferring.
• For iBanking, please email me your iBanking nick, time and date for verification.
• Concealed cash is not accepted. I do not want to be held responsible for the loss of your money. Unless you are willing to pay for registered postage.
  

Collection

• Meetups only available at Woodlands, Yio Chu Kang MRT Stations and NYP.
  
• Meetups at other areas are only available on certain days.
• Normal postage is free for all instocks and certain preorder items.
  
• Check each preorder's main page for normal postage fees.
• If you order items from different categories, the heaviest item's postage fee will be used as base.
  
• Additional $2.50 is charged for registered postage on top of normal postage fee.
• Registered postage has a tracking number that will track down the parcel. The number will be given to you
  
• Please do inform me if you have or have not received the parcel after a week.
  
• I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during postage.
  

* You can request me to start a spree or preorder if you happen to come by or know any suppliers that supplies the
   things you wanted or you wish to share and benefit other gals.
